In its letter of 30 August 2013, the Ministry of Finance requests Finanstilsynet (Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway), in consultation with Norges Bank and with contributions from the financial sector, to prepare a report on reference rate options in Norway. Norges Bank and Finanstilsynet have agreed that Norges Bank will assume the primary responsibility for this task.
