Runar Malkenes appointed Director of Communications at Norges Bank
At its meeting on 16 December 2015, Norges Bank's Executive Board appointed Runar Malkenes Director of Communications at Norges Bank.
Mr Malkenes currently holds the post of Director of Communications at the Ministry of Finance, where he has been employed since 2000. He has long-standing experience within the field of communications and journalism. Malkenes holds an interfaculty cand. mag. degree from the University of Oslo.
The post of Director of Communications is administratively placed in the Central Secretariat of Norges Bank.
Malkenes will take up his post mid-January.
