Finance Norway's responsibility for the Nowa rules will thereby be transferred to Norges Bank, which will continue to be responsible for calculating and publishing Nowa. Before the end of 2019, Norges Bank will draw up and publish the Nowa rules and the framework for calculating and publishing Nowa to apply from 1 January 2020.
